How I quit coffee

I am currently in process of breaking my 20 + year addiction to coffee. (The complete ebook will be available September 2009 at http://www.howiquitcoffee.com.) The thought of beginning each day without my morning cup seems foreign to me. It seems to be as natural as breathing.

I have come to the realization, that the black cups of coffee I dearly love are not doing a whole lot to keep me awake. I seem to be yawning about 45-60 minutes after I have one, and I make mine pretty strong.

Around the year 2000, I was averaging 3 pots of coffee per day. I had to have it! I was a slave to it. Since then, I have tapered off to no more than five 12oz cups per day. Definitely an improvement, but not where I want to be.

Since about 2005, I have been doing a lot of research on health, diet, and fasting. Most of my findings shun caffeine in any amount, especially when attempting a distilled water fast.

Keep checking http://www.howiquitcoffee.com for my complete program on how to eliminate coffee without a crippling headache or substituting another means of caffeine.

If you want to relay your story of how you kicked the habit, I would gladly consider including it in the upcoming book. Please email me at sam@howiquitcoffee.com.

Yours in success,

Sam Prindle
